The ISBE Executive Team supports the State Superintendent in leading the agency’s work to serve students, schools, and communities across Illinois. Comprised of senior leaders representing key divisions and functions, the team is responsible for translating policy into practice, overseeing day-to-day operations, and advancing strategic priorities that drive student success. Working collaboratively across the agency and with partners statewide, the Executive Team helps ensure ISBE delivers consistent, high-quality support to school districts while maintaining a strong focus on equity, transparency, and results.
