The second round of feedback on the Illinois Comprehensive Literacy Plan has ended. At this time, revisions are underway, driven by the feedback received during the comment period. The plan will be available in January 2024 and is required to be in place by January 31, 2024, as required by Public Act 103-0402​.​​​

We encourage all stakeholders to actively participate in the review and feedback process. Your input will play a pivotal role in shaping the final version of the literacy plan, which will guide literacy instruction and support across the state.
