  The Child Nutrition Programs Annual Financial Report (AFR) is no longer required from public schools. For public schools, similar data will be pulled from the Illinois School District Annual Financial Report. For sponsors other than public schools, the AFR must be completed annually as part of the National School Lunch Program Sponsor Application.
