Illinois State Board of Education announces
Summer Food Service Program Hearing
SPRINGFIELD – The Illinois State Board of Education announced today that a public hearing will be held on Thursday, April 1, 2010 in Springfield, Illinois for the appeal of the petition from the Community Consolidated School District 21 to opt out of the Summer Food Service Program requirements outlined in Public Act 096-0734. The hearing will be held at 100 North First Street; Springfield, IL 62777-0001 from 10:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. in the 4th floor board conference room and by conference call. The public is invited to attend and those wishing to participate may sign-in upon arrival or upon conference call log-in. Please provide a copy of all written testimony to be submitted.
