SPECIAL BOARD MEETING
The Illinois State Board of Education will
hold a special Board meeting on
Thursday, July 24 beginning at 4:30 p.m.
The topic for discussion will be
FY04 ISBE Budget considerations and action
Supporting Material:
Consequences
of the Budget Vetoes on Staffing and Services 
Following the discussion, the Board will go
into closed session under the exceptions set forth in the
open meetings act of the State of Illinois as follows:
Section 2 (c) (1) for the purpose of discussing
information regarding appointment, employment, or dismissal
of an employee; and
Section 2 (c) (11) for the purpose of discussing
litigation.
Any person wishing to participate in the open
