School Year 2014-15 Illinois Assessment Updates

New Illinois Testing Laws

As many of you know, Senate Bill (SB 3412) was signed into law on 8/15/14 and is now Public Act 098-0972 (see  This new legislation replaces the previous law related to state assessments that has been in place for over a decade in Illinois.  There are many moving parts that must be taken into consideration as the new law is implemented. We are working to ensure that this transition is supported. Please be patient as we work to address the unique situations created during these initial stages of implementation.
