April 10, 2007
This is a reminder that shipments of secure PSAE test materials will be delivered next week (April 16 – 18) to schools established to serve as PSAE test sites this year. Schools scheduled to be on spring break next week will receive their secure shipments this week.
Day 1 and Day 2 standard time materials will arrive in separate shipments addressed to the Test Supervisor, and Day 1 and Day 2 accommodations materials will arrive in separate shipments addressed to the Test Accommodations Coordinator. These individuals are responsible for promptly checking in the materials and placing them in locked storage.
Test Supervisors should have already received Day 1 and Day 2 non-secure materials (manuals, answer documents, pre-ID labels) the week of March 12 in separate shipments from ACT. Questions about these non-secure shipments may be addressed to ACT at email@example.com.
Spring 2006 PSAE score reports will not be available for at least another four to five weeks. However, Harcourt has promised delivery of CDs containing spring 2006 PSAE results to high school principals and district superintendents (for districts with more than one high school) this week. If you have questions about how to use the CD or the data it contains, feel free to contact Dr. John Craig in the Student Assessment Division at firstname.lastname@example.org or 217/782-4823.
